InstantHeat Wood Pellets broke ground in June 2006 on the only bio mass business of its kind in Steuben County. It operates in a new $5 million, 25,000 square foot factory.

Located on the outskirts of Addison, NY next to its parent Company, Two Rivers Timber. Owners Kevin and Karen Chilson were looking to expand and decided that a pellet manufacturing facility would compliment their existing lumber mill.
